every plant is dry and withered
I had ordered these to be delivered and was upset to find a dry and dead plant at my door. I then went into the store to exchange it, and found out all of the plants on the shelf were the same or worse.

The plant was tanish to light pale green. Pretty much dead. the soil was so hard it floated when i watered it.
