Rocketbook Smart Reusable Core Notebook - Dotted, Executive Size, Black

Have several Rocketbooks, Cores, fusions and Flips. Most are used for specific purposes. All are customized with a sharpie , Sermon notes, business note taking, Business plans, project outlines. So needed one for note taking at Granddaughter's college admissions interview. My new RB arrived just in time.

One page was damaged. But the company didn't give me any hassle over getting the book replaced and they reached out for information to help determine the cause of the damage. That's how you maintain customer satisfaction and gain information to help improve a process rather it be customer satisfaction, or product development.

I love my Rocketbook! I use to be able to transcribe my stories as I am a very slow typist. The OCR does a pretty good job of picking up my writing (though I do have to write in print instead of cursive) and really cuts down on time I have to spend on the computer.

I've been a fan of Rocketbook since the Kickstarter. I love the innovations and ease of use they provide. The new paper feel makes this great item a perfect one.

Long time fan. This is a great improvement! The ink works perfect now in spite of high temperatures.

I purchased 3 Rocketbook Core as gifts and everyone that I gifted them to are really enjoying them.

The concept is excellent and being able to use the Frixion pen is great. The notebook is good quality. The handwriting OCR is a weak spot, especially with current advances in AI.

I love the feel of the new generation paper but it takes forever for ink from my 0. 7mm Frixion pen to dry! I often get dots on my opposing page because I think, surely after a couple minutes it should be dry and I can close my notebook to move on to other things. But no. I am getting a 0. 5mm pen to see if that helps and in the mean time placing a paper between pages so the paper soaks up any dots or extra ink that still hasn't dried yet! As far as I can tell, the notebook is great as a stationary notebook that you don't close or write in often. That you have on your desk and doesn't need to be closed right away so it has time to dry.

I have several Rocketbooks. I purchased them to reduce my paper waste but after a few wipes the ability to write on pages becomes significantly reduced. Still I like the app which quickly scans pages as needed.

Despite the fact that I've emailed support multiple times, I've had no response to the fact that my last order came with, I think it was, 4 pens that were completely dried up and useless. This was my first negative experience with Rocketbook but the complete lack of response is disturbing.
