I watched this dvd for the first time last week. And I liked it alot. I know I'm going to watch it again. I am. 10 years younger than Sir Elton John. But I've listened to his music for years. I recommend this dvd.

Great movie, great price!

Great movie. I'm not a huge musical fan nor is Elton John my favorite artist. However I loved this movie. In my top 20 favorite movies.

Great movie, music is genius collaboration Bernie/Elton. Story was very emotional roller coaster, because of some similarities in relation to post WWII and family life. Even though the homosexual material may be much for general public. The approach was civil and tastefully done, not vulger, or to offend. Being a Christian is learning to love the sinner not the sin, like the Savior.

The movie was very interesting about Elton John. Excellent acting. I have never been much in musicals so the movie seemed to bore me in a couple places. Having so many choices for which k=language choices caused my Blu Bay Player to have a problem getting started. It played fine once it got started. I

As far as a rock biopic, it was great! Terrific acting. Didn't know Elton John had such a dark side. I thought the “love scenes” went a little too far (the only thing that kept it from rating it a “5”). Other than that, a very intense film. The ending was great. I learned a whole lot!

The movie is amazing I left one star for Walmart because you supose to get a digital copy of Almost Famous. They say its on the receipt but there was nothing showing how to redeem the digital copy .
