RockJam Electric Guitar Kit ST-Style Full Size Black with 10-Watt Amp

My son is 6 and wanted an electric guitar for Christmas. My husband has a high end electric guitar, and he says this one is great for the price! Perfect for beginners. It is a bit large for my son (but manageable) so he will be able to use it for years, probably until we're ready to buy him an expensive one.

This guitar was purchased for my 9 year old. He wants to learn to play and I didn't want to sink a ton of money on something he may not stick to. This little guitar sounds good. I tuned it for him and went through some chords to test it out. It has a clear sound. The amp isn't super loud (which does not upset me at all).

This was a Christmas gift for my 12 year old daughter. She loved it!

Amazing quality

This RockJam guitar makes me feel like a superstar and has a very affordable price. It feels and looks like a professional guitar and has the same knobs and features. Even though I've never played a guitar in my life, it was easy to setup. After tuning the strings, the sound was amazing! The amplifier works great and you can adjust it to make your guitar sound slightly different. This is my first time holding and playing the guitar and I was ecstatic! I started the free trial included and played my first lesson for beginners. I was able to play a simple tune after 1 hour of practice. I'm in my thirties and I feel like a kid playing it. I'm sure kids would love this as a Christmas present. T

Amazingly good quality for beginners for the price.

I'm a beginner and was hoping for something decent I could learn on, but this is much better than I could have expected. Sure you can go out and spend $500 on a high end guitar, but for the price, this is solid. Not only does it look good, the sound is much better than I would expect for a guitar at it's price point. I'm sure it would sound even better with someone more experienced playing it, Volume wise, the amp provides more power than I need. Another great thing is that the package has everything you need to get started. Guitar, strap, amp, case, and all the cords you need. You won't be disappointed.

My only complaint is that it had some cosmetic blemishes from the factory that I wasn't pleased with. The vinyl on the headstock wasn't smooth and was slightly tattered the edge and part of the finish was missing on the body. Otherwise it's a great beginners set up and sounds good.

Arrived damaged, guitar is cracked and chipped, peg is also not screwed in and loose. Damaged in 3 places. I know it's not top of the line. But poor shipping packaging to ensure you actually get the product in a new condition. Better off going in person. Either way, it's playable. But why would you want to spend 150$ just to receive broken goods
