Well, to begin with, it did fit in my 07 Ford Escape perfectly. I also installed 4 brand new Infinity speakers rated 55 rws and 180 watts max with this unit. After double-checking all my connections, I found out the head unit was faulty. At full volume, after about a minute, it starts distorting really badly. I tried using the Aux and USB, which neither worked. Only the Bluetooth. I finally concluded to return it. When it was working, it did sound amazing, for maybe a minute. I installed it myself and it was fast and easy. I'm a very technical guy and install car audio part time. I'm all about sound quality especially at high volume. I tried everything to get this to work right. There's either a bad chip or it's over heating at max volume. Either way it's overloading for no reason, and that's unacceptable. I decided to return it and buy a Sony.
