Rocky Outback GORE-TEX® Waterproof Snake Boot

Rocky pulled of a painless and timely exchange so I could bump up half a size. Fit is perfect and after days in the field the boots have held up well providing functionality and style. I'll be getting another pair for use around the house and for riding the motorcycle.

My husband absolutely loves these boots. We live in an area where there are a lot of copperheads and he needed protective boots but yet comfortable boots. These fit the bill. He said the tread on these are excellent. No slippage. True to size, waterproof, and comfy.

they look and feel great. i've owned a couple other rocky military boots and they've all produced well so hoping these live up to the high standards from the other pairs. super comfortable to walk in and keep your feet warm and dry on cold days.

Loved the look and construction of the boots. But had to return due to tight fit across arch. Have worn the regular Outback boots for years, any chance these snake boots could be made in a lace up style?

These are beautiful! I work in the Chihuahuan Desert checking oilfield equipment at night, and after nearly stepping on a rattlesnake, I decided it was time to invest in a good pair of boots. These were worth every penny. They look and feel great. It's almost a shame they're going to get dirty!

Very light and comfortable boot. The boot comes up to just below my knee which makes me feel more comfortable when in the field where snakes could be slithering.

I bought these boots as soon as they came back in stock. I loved everything about them, except just too a little small, hence the 4stars. The width was a little narrow for my 12.5 EE podiatrist measured feet. I bought a 13EE, so just a bit too tight to try to break in. I did buy these boots lace up camo boots. The foot box there was a bit wider and are comfortable. The rear zipper is way better than laces. The buckle across the metatarsal is great for no slip.

Looked to be a great product when I got them, however when I received them the top of the boots at the calf were tight. Uncomfortably so. I know they work for a lot of people oh, I wish they had for me. For the record I tried getting the wide and I have a size larger. That worked for my foot which is normally a regular 10 but not for the my calf.

The weight of the boots is great, very light! The fit is good. They seem to run a tad large. I haven't worn them in the woods yet, so will have to update later. Rocky on!

The boot it self seems to be a good design. I love the zipper up the back of the boot, it's like nonexistent! It doesn't get snagged on under brush or make a clicking jingling sound when you walk as with other brands! The only problem I have found with them is you can't wear them all day! That's why I give them 3 stars! The reason I can't wear them all day is because the insoles have to be the cheapest on the planet! That is the only flaw I can find with the boot so far. I'm fixing to upgrade the insoles to something better but for the amount of money it cost for any boot these days, they should come with the best insoles on the planet! Let's face it what gets the most wear in any shoes or boots? The insoles! Want people to wear your footwear all day and give 5 stars put the most comfortable insoles in them and make people want to sleep in them.
