Good red blend wine under $10!
This drinks like a $25-30 bottle. It has body and will stand up to heavy sauces. It's also a good, drinkable wine on its own.

Overpowering
Rarely do I meet a wine I do not like. This one I didn't. I selected it because of the Alexander Valley vineyards that this winery has, as wines from that particular region are usually my favorite wines, both white and red. I gave this bottle, minus one glass to a friend who is not so particular. I just could not enjoy it. A very strong, almost overpowering wine. Stronger than most Zins.
