Yee is the BEST
The DVD is broken down into three 20 minute sessions and you can mix and match any way you want. Rodney Yee has a long and positive reputation with Gaiam, so he really knows what he's doing. His voice is soothing, but I'll have to warn you - the pace is pretty fast. If you're looking for long, long poses, this is probably not the video for you; but if you want a professional yoga workout that'll give you good "yoga results" without straining every muscle for weeks on end, buy Rodney Yee's Power Up Yoga. This video was voted in the top five in "Fitness Magazine", a good endorsement in my book. The widescreen format is nice.
