it sounded like a guitar

Nothing negative to say really. Wine burst color is beautiful. Sound is perfect( after buying a tuner) Being a complete novice I knew nothing about guitars, and I do wish there were instructions for some of the things that came with it like this silver "L" shaped thing next to the hex tools in the plastic bag. Lol. I found out what the silver knobs on the front was for about a week into practicing because I started watching YouTube on how to play. So instructions/labels for someone who has never picked up a guitar would be a little helpful. But I guess you could always do some research online. Everything in the box : amp, guitar, picks, silver things, all look good.

I am a newbie, learning on acoustic. I wanted to try electric out of curiosity without a major investment and this really fit the bill. If you are looking for performance quality equipment, this probably isn't it, but for learning and fun this is some solid stuff for the money.

I was disappointed when I received the item in a deep burgundy when I order the purple burst. Even though we wanted the purple my son was happy with the color so we kept it, other than that one problem the item is a really great value.

It wasn't worth even the sale price. The strap is to small, the pics were soft, the strings weak one broke right away. The box was also damaged when it arrived.

Set was a gift for our grandson. The guitar worked great, but there was no amp in the box. We contacted the company twice by e- mail and never got a response. Our problem is not with the product it is with Music123 which is the co. It was sent from. Our order# 8692025958407 apparently doesn't exist.

Amplifier does not work

Purchased combo for therapy purposes (and im a beginner) as I am a disabled veteran and it has been nothing more than a stressful nightmare. The 1st combo I ordered was delivered quickly but had to physically take to a local GC day 1 of recieving for a return because the amp did not work and the neck on the guitar was off. Had a another, same combo, delivered to me in replacement of the 1st and 3 days in and the amp is not working with the same issues as the first. Other details that go along with "you get what you pay for" in this combo are the frets will rip apart your hands/fingers. On both guitars from this combo you have to majorly sand down the frets. Either way this is garbage and what was supposed to be a therapeutic experience has no given me more headaches.
