TV experience
I purchased this TV based on the specifications listed. It showed the refresh rate of 240 hz, and I found out just after that this model is only 60 hz. I tried to cancel the order, but it didn't offer that option. I could have cancelled and bought the model I wanted, because they do sell it, but because of the problem, I wound up getting a TV from Amazon. I can say, it was delivered quickly, it was easy to return at the store, and they returned the cost quickly, and I do appreciate that.

Not 240hz its a 60hz refresh rate.
This Tv is as described except for a critical feature which was the selling point for me it is a 60 hz tv and not the advertised 240 hz. For those unfamiliar i am talking about the refresh rate of the screen basically this tv can do 60 frames per second instead of the advertised 240.

Wrong description. Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! The product description says the refresh rate is 240Hz, but the box says it's only 60 Hz. The model numbers match, so the product description is wrong.

It was damaged n I didn't open box 5 months later screen broken I put a dispute on that account bank needs warranty from Walmart n Ruko

TV was misrepresented at 240hz and they sent me 60hz TV which I immediately sent back! Still haven't received my refund yet. very unhappy with the results of this mess up,because I bought it during black Friday!

Roku tvs are cheap but the saving is not worth the hassle. I've purchased two Roku tvs from Walmart - neither work. Very disappointing and aggravating.
