Roku - 65" Class Plus Series QLED 4K Smart RokuTV

So far, the TV is on point. No issues. The only thing I have to complain about is the delivery. Not when, but where. I specifically asked that the pkg. be placed ON THE BACK PORCH, then i get a photo notification of it on my front porch! I dunno if it was Walmart or Fed Ex who dropped the ball on that one. I had to take off work early to ensure the pkg. would even be there when I got home. Thankfully it was!

We have 3 of these TV's they have been great! we use them indoor and, on our patio, and the picture is great! I would recommend the ROKU front speakers to add a dynamic sound to your system. they hook up via Bluetooth and we place them behind us and the sound quality is great!

I love my new TV. I have always had a Roku app on my smart TV. I decided for my new TV I would buy a Roku Roku one the picture is beautiful. The only thing I think I would've changed is the sound. You can choose how it's mounted. I chose wall mount, but the speakers aren't quite as loud as I would like them. Box was damaged and top of TV frame had busted screws so loose and requires tape. But TV works fine. I took of delivery but too busy with Texas flood repairs from July 4th to return.

I have had this TV for a couple of weeks now. It's not to heavy when mounting. Lighter than my previous. Connected easy to wifi. All software updates went well. Logged into my Roku account and TV was there already. Very nice amazing picture and sound. Great detail. I now have 3 Roku TV now and 2 Roku boxes. All work as the should. I can move to any room and continue watching a program. The TV is very user friendly. Voice activated remote works very well although I keep the voice listening turned off to conserve battery since I really don't use it. Remote is USB charge. I am still using the first charge on it so it lasts a good while. Great TV value for the price.

My 65 inch Roku TV was received with only one screw of the six installed holding the screen to the back. I temporarily put painters tape holding it together. I contacted customer service and they were very polite understood and asked me to take photos and send them to them which I did. However, since that time and it has been more than a month now I haven't heard anything. I had only wanted to know what kind of screws they were to install them myself. Buyer beware. If you order any TV from Walmart, they ship it via FedEx. I bought two. Both came broken. If you can't buy it in the store, don't have it shipped. It literally turned out to be a nightmare of the 2025 upgrade TV debacle. So I returned both of them to the store for a refund.

This tv must have been a refurb packaged as new. There were no screws at the top to hold the front panel on. When my husband and son tried to install the tv, the whole front panel started to fall forward. The remote was not in original manufacturer packaging and the battery was at 40%. What a pain to pack it all back up and haul it back to the store. The tv itself would have been fine if it had not been missing parts!

Minimal protection and box is THIN!! Tv came damaged :( you can see on the box the damage even matches up with a hole in the box. Box was clearly damaged upon arrival so we took pictures instantly. Making a return for a refund though so hoping that goes good 😊

I bought this tv for my husbands birthday, TWICE. Both times this TV was delivered in a damaged box containing a broken TV. And an absolutely ruined birthday. and for my troubles and hassles $25 credit. Which doesn't even compensate me for my time spent arguing with customer service about how the TV doesn't fit in my car to return it. My advice is to shop elsewhere.
