Like the voice activated remote, the audio on this TV is horrible, you have to crank it up pretty high to hear it, get a sound bar to fix the low volume.

Great
So this has been a great TV. The color and size are perfect. I have a Roku in another room, so I already had an experience with this brand and liked. I did order it online and had it delivered, but when it was up on the wall and turned on, something was wrong with the screen, only half of the TV worked. I could not see any visible damage so I returned it to the store and ordered another one. The second one has had no issues or problems and I love it.

SINCE AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE NO CHOICE IN WHO DELIVERS MY ORDERS... WALMART INSISTS ON USING FED X.... FED X LEAVES YOUR ORDERS ANYPLACE EXEPT YOUR ADDRESS I PARIS. TENNESSEE. MY ORDER WAS LEFT AT AN ADDRESS ACCORDING TO THE PHOTO...NOT MY ADDRESS... LEFT OUTSIDE... INCLIMATE WEATHER... SEE MY EXPLICIT WRITTEN DRIVER DELIVER INSTRUCTIONS. SO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TV.

I would love to leave a review but..I never received a television. They delivered a 65-in television stand instead. When I showed them their error I never did receive a refund. So now I am stuck with a 65-in TV stand no TV and no money! So yeah I'm mad!

Hardware defected
Purchased in July, installation November! I finally found someone to put it up today and we found out the picture did not work, hard reset either. Had to get a new one.

Dreadful
It was broken when I got it. I spent over 2 hours with a tech who had absolutely no ability to listen but just kept repeating some script. They promised to replace it but kept putting off the delivery date. Had to buy a small TV to have anything to watch. It was the most dreadful customer service I have had in recent memory!

Second one i have bought first one arrived broke no picture second one that i still have will not turn on was working good when i bought it about August until now November will not show picture have done all i can do to make it work changed batteries checked power source still nothing need help or advice

Yea, this is a no for me. I opened the box and the tv had a golf ball size dent in it. There were cracks everywhere in the screen. It’s been a pain to return it. It’s been an inconvenience to return.
