I am very pleased with this TV. It was a price that I could afford, without having to sacrifice quailty. The picture is good, and the interface is fast. It is just what I need without the extra bells and whistles that would have added to the price. A great budget TV.
I'll only buy roku smart tv. I had another brand same size 65”, it was NOT user friendly, the remote was very hard to work with. The Roku is very user friendly and the remote is clear and easy to use
We had a problem with our Roku TV after about 8 months. Roku was very easy to work with. They provided us a new TV, together with free installation and took our old one away. All under warranty and all free. Very nice.
We purchased this TV for our mountain cabin as our 20 plus year old plasma TV was in need of updating. We also purchased a Roku wireless soundbar to enhance the audio. Both work very nicely. Our DSL Internet service is super slow as a result of which we get some buffering on streaming content, but that is due to the low DSL speed and not the TV. We are very pleased with the outcome.
We were using a Roku a lot anyway so it made sense to go with a Roku TV and it had very little neg feed back. Many times I turn the TV on to watch the local Over The Air channels for News and Weather. I do wish it would go to live local TV channels first with the option to go to Roku. I did move the Over The Air app to the top left so it's easy to get to. I like that guide comes on with the Over The Air channels right away. It's quick to boot up and navigate around vs the VISIO TV we had. I think the sound could be a little better if the speakers pointed outward but all the TV's are like that anymore.
This is my fourth Roku, had two in my previous house and now two in my current apartment. I'm not conversant with complicated technology and the Roku is a snap for me to navigate. Nor have I ever had a Roku need repair or stop working . Current TVs were chosen because of size and as far as I know, the previous ones are still operating under other ownerships.
As I previously stated, upon delivery, the tv came without any paperwork or instructions on how to **** it up. That made for a very frustrating afternoon.
If you need a 4k TV where there is no cable connection, this is the one. Three HDMI connections for Fire TV stick, Streaming TV box from cable co. or any other service you want to hookup to HDMI wise on this TV. How ever, this TV is not the best viewing from a side view. The color fades as you get farther to either side.
Do not order a TV from Walmart and have it shipped. The shipping company they use will damage your TV and when it arrives it will not work. Then their refund policy is horrible, very time consuming and difficult. They will not refund you for your item.
The TV was damaged when I received it in the box was damaged too
