I really loved the function and value of this product. Our old TV speakers sucked and this was a great all in one fix. Very minimal issues with this over the years. But now the speaker is starting to crackle and I'm very sad about it. This is a large investment and I'm convinced it's a manufacturing issue as I never use it volume above 20. If you want something that lasts, this may not be the product for you. I love my stream bar and am hoping Roku will do something to make this right. Minimal give me a discount on replacement. I love Roku and their software so am just really praying I can get a fix for my speaker.

Had only used roku devices for myself, parents, etc. loved my sound bar but all of a sudden the sound started randomly going low and then getting normal. At first i dealt with it and then it kept getting worse. I contacted customer service and they couldnt help. i tried New wires, reset to factory settings which sucked cause i had to sign in to all my apps again and it actually started getting worse. too much to just deal with and time to move on.

I purchased this for a basement tv after using a Streambar SE successfully for a few months and have not been pleased. I have had multiple issues with this device that all require a hard reboot (pulling power & plugging it back in). I have had the screen go completely black, but the tv still recognizes an input meaning that the streambar is still outputting some signal, the sound will just stop working until a reboot, and the roku channel is constantly being added on its own!!! I have tried going through all of the troubleshooting I could find and none of it works. There are major software bugs in the streambar that need to be fixed. Please, please roku fix them.

I bought this device three years ago from this exact website. I saw the reviews on this exact website, I ignore the negative ones. I told myself it was just their device, maybe it was just a faulty one. Three hours later, I'm now experiencing the same issues. The speakers are completely muffled, I can't hear any dialogue. Even on 100 volume, I still can't hear anything. Customer service please do not respond to me with any troubleshooting tips. This has been a year issue, I have done everything I can. I played with every settings that I can, There is no fix to this. I'm pretty sure you guys know this is an issue, I see many reviews about the same issue. I would like if y'all are not pretend and address that the issue is fixed or not. I would actually like to get another one of these, But not if you're pretending like this isn't an issue. It was a nice three years while it lasted though.

On my second one and the cracking and popping is so bad the TV speakers alone sound better. Changed the HDMI cable three times, tried a different TV and same exact issue.Support makes you jump through a million hoops to say they don't see an issue. Don't waste your money.

Speakers got all static. Seemed like a good product at first. Just not very durable. Streams nice, just not good speakers.

I could not get it to work the remote and the unit would never sync never get it via mail. Just go to a store and buy it. It's easier to return. And the people that help you for support, they're nice, but they don't really know what they're doing. They just read from a script and they don't pay attention to what you've said. I will tell them OK I'm taking the batteries out. I put them in and I hit the reset button, and then they would say OK take the batteries out wait five seconds and put them back in and hit the reset button. And of course I would just say I just said that. Really should have people who know their product very well and the only script they should be reading is about the person‘s television if it's not a Roku. Would not recommend.
