Roku Express HD Streaming Device with High-Speed HDMI Cable, Standard Remote (No TV Controls) and Fast Wi-Fi

I love the ease of Roku to watch steaming channels. I had a little difficulty setting up the program. I texted with the support person. They called me and charged $56 to answer question. I have set up several Roku systems. It is easy to set up. Avoid support person it isn't free. Be sure to try plugging in to an outlet instead of tv. I love my Roku even though I encountered problems. It is easy to hook up to internet. The navigation is easy. I don't encounter buffering very often. The shipping is fast.

All I did was plu into senor box and the other end plugs into back of t.v , then one cord into light socket, when you turn t.v on change input to Roku whichever input u plugged your Roku into and follow the prompts!! Super easy! Self explanatory!! Super happy 😁

I have had one of these before and worked wonderfully! Ordering in line was a Quagmire when I was incorrectly charged on my bank card instead if providing info on a gift card! 5 phone calls later the money was credited on my gift card and for my confusion and keep the Roku and I would be credited on my debit card within 24 to 48 hours! Didn't happen! AI told me to call my bank and file a dispute! So very discussed with on line ordering!!!!!

I have a 14-yr-old flat screen, so not a smart TV. The Roku Express was so easy to connect and get up and running - the entire process took about 15 minutes. The hardest part was lifting that heavy old TV off its wall-mount and then putting it back up!

The Roku item is very easy to use. I don't have any issues with it. I've even dropped it a couple of times and it sustained. I haven't gotten it wet, but I'm sure that if I accidentally get it wet, it will still survive. Definitely a great price. Thank you.

It was bought for an elderly person in his 90s. The roky is very tiny and compact but it does overheat. You can touch it with your fingers and it is hot! I don't know how long it'll last but it did not slow down the Roku. The Roku is fast and was bought so they can use the apps on it.

Worked great when first installed but in time picture became glitching across apps so wasn't able to handle updates for YouTube TV without freezing and getting glitches so I had to update my roku to the 4k stick.

Two of these devices were shipped to my home and were obviously previously used and returned and re-sold as "new." Both boxes had the contents put back in the box wrong, one of them was not even closed, the other had the top of the box torn up and taped back together. When attempting to exchange these in store, I discovered the last few hours the store is open no employee is equipped to handle returns and I was told to come back another day.

I have owned several Roku TV controls and they all had a plug on the remote for ear jack so with earphones one could get volume directly to the ears. For someone with hearing loss this is a Miracle option. Unfortunately this new devise did not. Huge loss for me - retuned.

This item is an absolute piece of TRASH! Completely useless, an utter waste of money. Repeatedly loses connection (even though the signal is good), takes multiple attempts to reconnect, sometimes fails to re-connect at all. An utter complete total waste of time, money, effort %26 aggravation. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
