Second pack of 4, I love being able to turn lights on and off from anywhere in the house. I like the adjustability (soft white, cool white, daylight), the brightness, and you can set timers and schedules.

Replaced my now useless Sengled lights with these. They're nice lights and fairly easy to install and connect. They don't always follow rules set up for schedules, but always seem to work with the app if needed to turn on or off.

Absolutely will mot buy another Roku home accessory. Took 2 hours to update, and then after the update said offline and customer support told me it was my fault! And to take it back to the store.

How to describe a product that is supposed to be smart but does not even connect with Amazon Alexa? This product is a waste of time, money and effort. I regret having bought four of them. Regular incandescent lightbulbs are smarter than this piece of cheap technology. The Roku app ask to use an Alexa Skill but the “skill” is not skilled enough to work. The message I'm getting is “the server is unresponsive” all the time. I had to use the switches in the wall manually or have the other app in my phone. Do not buy this. Mercury bulbs are better and work with Alexa seamlessly.

App will not update firmware, lights stuck on dim and warallI bought 5 lights and it happens with everyone. I'm not sure why I went with roku. Their customer support department is a joke, and I would know.. I've tried to troubleshoot 3 onn and 2 tcl tvs with roku's software through their tech support. I won't raise my blood pressure trying THAT again! You get what you pay for....

Worked fine for a month or so. 2 bulbs went offline and will not enter pairing mode again. Tech support is useless. Threw them away. Will not purchase again.

I thought Roku would be a name I could trust... boy was I wrong. one of these 4 bulbs if offline just about every day. Worthless if they don't work when I need them. I wish I could get my money back.

This says compatible with Alexa, but it doesn't say anything about having to link Alexa to Roku - but fine, I did that. The problem is that after the free trial expires nothing will work without a paid Roku subscription. It says it's free to use but it's actually not. I returned them.

The app is slow and crashes whenever you click on certain things. I spent $50 on these things so I'm gonna have to return them. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to use the sunrise sunset feature but I can't even click on the sleep settings to add that because the app will crash. I've never had any problems with Roku because all my tvs are Roku. Soooo disappointing
