Delivery on time with no damage. Setup was very easy and it is a high quality TV with great sound and picture and price. I wish I knew about Roku many years ago. My previous Roku TV was great and I still have not explored all that Roku has to offer yet---all for FREE! One of the best inventions/ideas in recent years!
I purchased a Roku 55” TV about 1 year ago, it's the best TV in the house and we have 2 other Samsungs. We needed to purchase another TV for our master bathroom, we did not consider any other brands. This 32” TV performance is equivalent to the 55”..
Great TV for the price! It's only a 32", which is kind of small these days for some people but it's awesome, we have a couple of these now. I highly recommend it!
Absolutely love the Roku smart tv, always my go to for a tv. They're super easy to use and very convenient with all the apps you can add to it! Not the craziest image quality but you can't expect that for the price range. Overall my favorite 32” for sure perfect for a bedroom setting, not too big, not too small! Great for casual console gaming, YouTube, free tv and whatever else you want! I also really love that the screen brightness is adjustable!! Super handy in low light settings
Very pleased with this TV. It was a replacement for a dying bedroom smart TV. Highly recommend!
The original tv arrived one day late. Ater the set up, tv would not power up. Called help line. Was advised to box back up and return. Did so and got another tv. Set it up and no problem. Thank you!
ims not to fond of the remote control. being mostly voice remote actually has caused me to be slower the initial setup. BUT the TV picture is noice as well as the sound. extremely lightweight. I like that bc I'm a senior citizen.
The legs for tv wobble. Ithink I will have to use superglue or gorilla glue to fix the issue
The feet are a nightmare to screw in... if it's possible at all. I guess the designers want you to do a wall-mount? And... I wasn't expecting there to be no headphone jack. I'm waiting for the attachment I need to make the sound private and less tinny, so I'm not really sure how the rest of the TV will work. But the set up part was a WYSIWYG moment. Having already been using a Roku Express, it picked up all my existing info as soon as I logged in. These last things are the reasons why I recommend it. ...... If they'd only redesign the feet... because it seems like most Roku hardware buyers are aware of the missing headphone jack.
This is by far the worst tv I've bought in 40 years. Here's why: *The picture has a Roku ad covering 1/4 of the screen pop up every 1.3 seconds. The privacy setting (if there is one), to control ads is so well hidden, I've given up looking for it out of sheer frustration after a month. *Every once in a while (randomly) the picture scrambles for 1-2 seconds. *The sound goes in/out. I'll be watching a show, a commercial comes on %26 I have to look %26 see if I accidentally turned the tv off because I can't hear it. The program resumes to a blaring sound. *I've had this tv approximately 6 weeks and I'm on my 3rd set of batteries for the remote. I do know this. I paid way too much for this tv for a below poverty senior living on social security. The mere fact that this passed inspection with Roku (or missed it altogether) AND the fact that it was on a shelf at Walmart is disgraceful. Thank goodness I paid for the warranty because I can't get rid of this thing fast enough.
