Somehow gritty and mushy at the same time.
Never buy this, unless you like to eat sand. I got three cans, and all of them had shrimp with tons of mud veins. I tried one can just drained, and it was inedible. The next two cans I tried to rinse, but they have no structural integrity, so it turned to sandy mush. Love yourself a little today, get the tuna.
