We ordered this stopwatch/whistle combination to help with our homeschool exercise program. The stopwatch is plastic, not a scrap of metal on the entire thing, but it seems to be well made and looks to be durable for the long-haul. The buttons are responsive and in a convenient location on the watch. The digital read out is clear and easy to see. It is nice to have something besides a phone that will fit in your hand to time different activities we do all throughout the day.
I don't need anything except the timer and stopwatch, but it also has a clock and (if I'm not mistaken) an alarm clock. I only use it to time myself while working out, so I have no serious demands and it is holding up so far after 1 month of use.
Very complicated operating system. I threw it away. Who needs the arrovation! Do not buy.
