Roll-N-Lock 21-22 Ford F150 (78.9in. Bed) A-Series Retractable Tonneau Cover

I like the cover it does want I need it to. After the sale service not so good. Upon receiving my cover during unpacking I noticed I was missing a tane . I called customer service, they said they would send me a new hardware package, I asked could it be expedited? Guess not , I received it 4 weeks later.

This is actually my second time going with this cover on an F150. I was actually pleased to see that they no longer designed these to lock to the tailgate. I think this is a I think this is an improvement; simply locking to the last position on the rail. This is really important with so many tailgates like mine being power operated. Generally, I think they look excellent. It's not perfect however. Yes the strap is a pain, but I'm not sure how you fix that. Everything comes with trade-offs especially when you're doing something that isn't OEM. It would be really cool if Ford would build these in from the factory.

After researching a great deal I chose Roll-N-Lock Retractable Tonneau Cover. It was very easy to install (1 man) and operates just as they described. The top cover arrived bent, contacted customer service and they sent me a replace pronto! Highly recommend this cover.

I received the item on time. Unfortunately, a part of the bed cover was damaged possibly during transit. I called customer service and advised them of the situation. Kevin was very helpful in resolving the issue.

So far it's good. Don't know if I would spend this much again given the choice as there are better values out there.

I would have given this product 5 stars, however the issue is with The lock itself it's very hard to Open and close. I have tried Lock lubricant, wd 40 and it is super hard for the key to both lock and unlock to no avail Please let me know what else to do, so that I can give you A 5 star review. Thanks Richard

The certified RealTruck dealer/installer has adjusted this latch several times and the latch still does not secure. The Roll-N-Lock slides open all the time. The installer (Top Notch Truck in New Braunfels) is great to work with but the cover is a subpar product at best that I am very disappointed with

I originally received this cover damaged. I returned and immediately received a new one. However, the new cover had a small dent where it meets the tailgate. I am just dealing with it because it's a hassle to repack amd send to FedEx. Improvements on the factory packing are needed to protect item from being damaged during shipping.

Had two separate tops sent and both came completely bent up. There is styrofoam on the ends and in the middle but nothing in-between. All bent locations were where there was no protection. Returned both tops and switched companies even though I wanted the roll-n-lock.

The cover was supposed to RAPIDSHIP but the warehouse was out of stock. Several weeks and multiple calls later they decided to ship it from a different warehouse. Insult to injury - the cover arrived damaged.
