I'm new to this form of therapy, but am trying it for backaches and hand osteoarthritis. It's smaller than I expected; however, it pinpoints problem areas and is easy to transport anywhere. Put it behind your back, stand against a wall and "roll" up and down. I believe this Rollga peanut ball will be very useful for soreness, aches, etc.

Works well for trigger points on the bilateral spine muscles.

peanut roller is very sturdy..it has 2 peanuts with a small space in between...everyday use is easy...

while it doesn't work to ease pain in the way that it claims, it doesn't work to remedy and the temporary issue such as a slipped rib. It does, massage the nerve centers that are affected due to the slipping rib or the osteoarthritis in the hip. therefore, indirectly it does work temporarily. I'm giving it four stars not because it is completely effective, but because the amount of relief it brings for even a short period.
