I bought this for my dad as his doctor recommended he take fish oil and CoQ10 together. It was hard to find something that had both in a single package.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tried the Roman Heart Health Supplement. He found the size of the vitamin to be some what on the large size. Because he has a history of getting heartburn from other multivitamins. He took 2 of the Roman Heart Health supplements with his lunch and two with his dinner. He didn't experience any heartburn!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago. Wasn't sure if it worked so I tried it. I'm very health conscious and anything that helps me stay healthy I'm taking it! Self care is a big deal to me. Pleasantly surprised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is at an age where he's in need of something a little more than a basic daily vitamin and his doctor recommended adding fish oil as well. These Roman Health vitamins and fish oil have been so easy for him to take and he says there is no lingering fishy after taste, which was a huge concern for him. We're waiting on results from his latest lab work, but feel that we're going to see an improvement!
This helps lower my blood pressure without taking prescription drugs. I would find out this fall if it helped lower my cholesterol. It took a couple of days for my stomach to get used to it, but no issues now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking the Roman Heart Health and Fish Oil supplements for a few weeks now and am happy with the quality and results. It's always a little hard to judge the efficacy of a supplement, but I can normally tell if the quality is high based on how well I digest it. I can say these digest easily - no bloating, burping, weird tastes, etc. The heart health pills cover the vitamins and minerals we should be taking as we age. And the fish oil covers the omega-3 we all need. Downside - you have to take 4 heart pills and 2 fish oils per day. It's a lot. But worth it for your health in the long run.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for a review. I feel like the vitamins are decent quality. The pills are huge so if you struggle with pills...these might be difficult. I didn't notice a specific change from taking these pills, but I alsondidnt have any negative side affects like nausea etc that can happen with some vitamins.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of combining the two different supplements into a Heart Health combo pack. The supplements are easy to take even though the tablets and capsules are rather large. I had one issue, the Fish Oil capsules made me burpy and the burps are fishy and if you take both supplements together, the tablets contain garlic, so you get garlicky fishy burps. I suggest you take them at different times. Again, I do like the convenience of this two pack of supplements.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Roman Heart Health with Fish Oil supplement has helped me bring my oxygen level up when sleeping and provide easier breathing during the day. Went expecting much difference by adding to my regimen so was pleasantly surprised with the outcome . Will look for product in stores and online.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just started taking Roman Heart Health with Fish Oil, I can't write an honest review until I have taken them for about a month to see if there is any difference. Will rewrite a review after 30 days.
