This is the second one like this I've bought in 30 years. My other one still works after all these years but I melted two trays and just decided to get another like it. Really good product

Item works great but dont expect the jerky gun
Made jerky yesterday and it turned out amazing however I am really not happy that the item pictured the jerky gun and I did not receive that with the item.

Takes forever I wished I'd purchases one with the adjustments for the temperature, but this product is is very quiet, I didn't even know it was on. Did not come with a jerky gun like they advertised on this purchase. Suggestions for any buyers buy one with an adjustable temperature.

Ordered this to make Beef Jerky if they would let you know that it takes 24-36 Hours to make Beef Jerky I would not have ordered it luckily I was able to take it back to my local Walmart and return it and get my money back without having to take it to the Post Office Thank You Walmart. Who wants to set up for 24-36 hours and rotate the trays every 2-4 hours.
