This is a really cool label maker! It was very easy to set up and insert the labels, although it did need 6 AAA batteries. It has a lot of settings and things you could change, but just to print basic labels is extremely easy. It has some really cute symbol options as well. I really like the phone app! I can change the font and make the labels look really nice! I've never had a label maker before and this is making me wish I had gotten one sooner! Very happy with the ease of use and all of the things it is able to do! It comes with one sample roll of label tape.

I've been looking for a portable label maker for a while and was glad this one was available. I definitely had to take time to read the instructions and using the app and installing the cartridge were relatively easy. I like laminated labels and think this label mmwill get plenty of use.

This is a serviceable label maker whose strongest feature is the physical keyboard. The machine feels substantial without being cumbersome, and the keys are large, well spaced and responsive. As someone with impaired vision, I found it comfortable to hold and easy to type on. I used the onboard controls exclusively, so I cannot comment on the app. The included manual was far less accessible. The print was too small for me to read comfortably, and I had to download the manual before setup became manageable. Once I could read the instructions, installing the tape and printing my first label soon followed. The finished labels are clean, sharp, and easy to read, although the overall appearance is more utilitarian than elegant. When using continuous tape (a cartridge is included with the unit), producing evenly centered labels requires a preliminary cut, which adds an extra step and uses a little additional tape. My impression is that the machine performs its basic job and the keyboard is genuinely useful, particularly for anyone who prefers physical controls over creating labels through a phone. It is competent rather than impressive. I have included a photo showing labels printed directly from the keyboard.
