Rooted Rituals Ginger Root and Mint Quick-Rinse Scalp Scrub, 6.7 fl oz

I have shoulder length wavy hair. I condition my hair every day, to avoid frizz. I don't like to wash it every day. I found out about this product that works for those of us who don't wash every day. I love this. It smells amazing and feels so nice on the scalp. I have also noticed that my scalp itches less. My hair looks and smells beautiful. I would highly recommend this product for those of us who do not wash our hair every day.

This is the best product ever! I starting using this hair care line last year and it is my belief the the 4 inches my hair grew was due to this scalp scrub. I am however very disappointed that it is no longer in stock at my location. It is more expensive to buy through the website. I will continue to buy through website until my hair reaches the length I want and unfortunately will have to give up unless my store brings it back. If it were to be in stock in my store I would never stop using it!

I love love love this. I usually wash my hair every other day and so the day that I wash my hair I use this first. It comes out creamy but you could feel the beads but then when you scrub it turns foamy. A regular size top (about the same shampoo amount you use on a regular day) CLEANS my entire scalp. And my scalp is super oily! but it really preps me for a light shampoo wash. after using this and removing all the gunk and oil I literally use a pea size amount of shampoo and im done. It does not strip or leave my scalp dry either.

I've tried all the rooted rituals products, and while I like them all, this is my hands-down favorite. If you have never used this line, make this the one you try! My hair is not colored or treated in any way, but it is long and (naturally) gray with dry ends and typically sweaty scalp. I use this Scalp Scrub every second or third time I wash my hair. It does not dry out my hair, while leaving my scalp feeling cleaner and healthier than anything else I have used, including the other Rooted Rituals products! I have also noticed that when I use this scalp scrub, one application of shampoo is sufficient - I don't need to repeat the shampooing to get my hair and scalp really clean. I like the fact that this Scalp Scrub is slightly foamy and does not seem to irritate my scalp even when I rub pretty hard.

I love this scalp scrub. I never considered exfoliating my scalp, even though I have exfoliated my face and body. My hair was lifeless for the first time in my life after menopause, so I started looking for new ideas to help my hair be healthier, and found your scalp scrub. I loved it so much I bought 5 more for all my female family members for Christmas gifts.

Love using this before the shampoo and conditioner. It has really helped my daughters combat their oiliness. This product family is wonderful. It has become the favorite of my two daughters and me. Works great. Smells great. We like more than our normal salon brands.

I moved to Texas going on 5 years ago and since arriving here my hair has been in a constant battle with the hard water here. I am originally from Washington state and there is NO as in zero hard water where I am from. So my hair went into shock and was failing at every turn. I tried water filters for hard water tried all the online hacks for hair with hard water and nothing worked. The only time my hair would show any life is when I would go back to Washington to visit. I saw this product at Walmart just a few days ago and decided I would give it a try so I bought it. I just tried it last night and I am absolutely amazed! My scalp build up is virtually gone and it's been there mocking me since I moved here. My hair feels light and fluffy and shiny and has bounce and shine like I remember from the gold old non hard water days. I dont usually write reviews or if I do I do it with minimal effort but wanted to take time and get into detail with this because J am 100% a believer and I will be buying the rest of the products in this line to see what they can do!! Keep it up, whatever you are doing works!

Love it will be buying more when it runs out but it's lasted be like almost a year now.

This is very mild and rinses out easily. I only wash my hair once a week and I don't use dry shampoo (just for reference on build up) My hair is thick, wavy and past my shoulders and this scrub rinses out with no issues. The scent is mild (maybe cucumber?) and doesn't bother me at all. I do use the other products in this line but the scalp scrub has been helpful getting a week's worth of oil and dirt off my scalp and roots, so I'd use this even without the rest of the line. I had never used a scalp rinse before, and out of the 3 items I tried from this brand this one was the best... Also has the better of the smells... does not have any mint tingle. I had soft, on the thicker end, wavy hair (just borderline dehydrated) and then I used this brand (with the shampoo, conditioner AND scalp rinse) and it dried my hair up! Literally made it feel like straw. Would not recommend at all. Took 3 heavy duty moisturizing hair masks from high end brands (like Paul Mitchell) just to get my hair back to where it was. And switching to moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
