not cheaply made. perfect size for my lower back.
We are very pleased with the Hot %26 Cold gel pack. ordered it for husband to use now and following his knee replacement surgery. Its soft texture and flexibility are great features!
this gel pack is awesome. i use it for back or neck pain. and also when i have acidity i warm it up and press it against my stomach, such a pain reliever! bought it for 3rd time. the last one I bought was for my mother.
Very functional and works well thus far.
Good enough. No complaints. Not much to say. The item is very simple and does what is expected to
Freezes fast and works great to take down inflammation.
It gets cold quickly and holds it. I have not tried it for a hot pac.
Good: It is a decent product; I used it as a heating pad. Keeps heat for a while. Bad: I need to keep the part of the box with heating instructions since I don't use it often.
I don't know if this was old and the gel had evaporated, or it just didn't have much gel to begin with, but it arrived with the gel on one side, and when I tried to spread it out, it was lumpy and hard to spread, and there wasn't enough gel to make it to the corners. I'll be going back to the Ace ice packs, if I can find them. Definitely not worth even 10 bucks.
doesnt even get cold ! piece of crap dont waste your money i have been ripped off!
