I use these gel packs for ice packs and r flexible
I did like how they were covered in a clear material. Much easier to spot possible leaks. So far I haven't had any. I don't like that you have to freeze them like 5-6 hours for the packs to last longer for your therapy. The small one doesn't stay cold long at all.
