What a pillow
Your neck needs to get used to and is base in USA. It her my neck so I went back to my original pillow. You just got to get use to it. Grate for people who have neck pain or want a better posture

Not polyester fiberfill. Hard foam.
It is a very well made product with quality materials but NOT as described and VERY HARD. The label in product picture says polyester fiberfill. Is definitely NOT. This pillow is, in reality, very hard foam. The label on the pillow I received calls it memory foam but it's very hard and cannot function as a memory foam should. In addition, the center of pillow should be flat so the back of the head can nestle into it. However, the bump forces you to sleep with head off-center. The shape to fit shoulders is perfect. If the foam were less firm it would likely be comfortable. Sadly, its not for me.

Very heavy, very firm and it did not fit my little short cervical spine at all. Plus I have no curve in my neck and it's very uncomfortable for me.

Beware this is chipped foam and is hard as a rock
I was looking forward to this pillow arriving, i love the shape. However the chipped foam is hard as a rock! I kid you not. Even after warming up in my home it still felt like a rock. Body heat has no affect on it.
