Fans are individually wired and no power harness to hook up to a standard motherboard. Unless you are using a specific server style board you will need multi point wiring harness to have all fans functioning.
I was surprised at how simple this was to clone one SSD to another with this cloner. The second surprise was the detail of the instructions. Step by step, you can't go wrong. Pro: So easy to use Con:None that I found.
I bought a 2U Rosewill case for a server a few years ago, and it has held up decently. It was a bit thicker on the rack mounts and still managed to start sagging, though. I will be reinforcing this unit to prevent it from doing the same. Pro: Con:- The chassis is a bit flimsy. I don't have faith this will be able to hold it's own weight for too long.
