This 5 n 1 kitchen knife sharpener is so easy. I just sharpened my entire butcher block before writing this it took 10 min for all knives. I sliced an apple like cutting thru warm butter. This is such a convenient tool. Does a great job at sharpening and can sharpen several different knives blades including kitchen shears. Small enough to fit in a drawer and easy to hold while you sharpen. I really like the turn dial to select which setting I need.

It does a great job at sharpening real dull knives. It gives a real sharp edge. It was able slice real easy after sharpening.

The 5 in 1 Sharpener is very easy to use. There's a dial, labeled clearly, that rotates in different angled cutters. Slick stuff. I tested 4 of the 5 settings on knives and scissors, per instructions. The previously somewhat dull scissors now cut smoothly and cleanly. The knives, not so successful. Device didn't harm the blades. I just don't notice any difference before and after. NOTE: draw blades LIGHTLY through the cutters. Applying pressure is sure to cause damage. This technique is common among this style of sharpener. Not a defect!
