This is an authentic creamy cheese reminiscent of Philadelphia cream cheese in that you can eat it with a knife, spoon or fork. Good noshing! It blends into foods like butter, adding a creamy dreamy dressing that is actually good for you! Ummmmm! Yummy!

This brand of goat cheese is by far the best in my opinion. So many of the others are really tart, whereas Roth's is so smooth. I love this cheese on Crunchmaster Crisps (a healthy cracker). Together they make a tasty snack (if you can stop eating them, that is!).

Favorite cheese to put on frozen pizza to raise the taste to a gourmet level, among other ingredients. Soft, has a semi sweetness and mellow flavor. Creamy and easy to spread. Think gourmet with your pizzas.

This has been a go-to %26 favorite for me for about a year and I would buy 1 or 2 every week, however the last 6 or 7 times I purchased the cheese has been gritty instead of creamy, which obviously makes for a fairly gross eating experience. I am very disappointed as I will have to find a new go-to goat cheese. Don't waste your money.
