A Simple Solution
If for some reason you need a tie here's an easy solution. I got the 22 inch version. Clip-on. Looking at the tie I think it will perform well for a few years. And…it's “rip away”! No strangulation hazard. $10. A ready made easy solution you might need.

Good value but too short, get a longer size!
Good looking tie for the price. Grips well and stays in place. I can't remember the exact length I got but it was the middle size which I assumed would be average, and I'm pretty much of an average sized American man at 5'9” tall. So I'm going to return it and get a longer size.

MONEY WELL SPENT
Though i haven't started using it, the quality looks good as a previous tie i bought for almost $30. If i had known the quality would be this good, i would have gotten two instead of one, . it is value for money. keep up the good job.
