Rothco Unleaded Screw-On Gas Nozzle

Its a good one.

Work as advertised. These spouts are for the old style five gallon gerry cans. They fit well but some I've had in the past have come loose at the seam between the can and the spout. Make sure you tighten the spout with the connection flange and not by turning the spout.

Found 2 old style 5 gal. Jerry cans in great shape at a yard sale and discovered that Wal Mart had these spouts at a very good price, I have yet to use them but when they arrived, quickly I might add, they made a great impression, well made and heavy duty. should I luck out again and need parts or accessories I will check Wal Mart first. Thank you very much.

I looked all over and found the best price at Walmart. I had checked a lot of online surplus stores and then took a chance Walmart would have it - yes, very easy to order. We use these gas cans for our emergency genset fuel for storms. They last 25+ years.

As expected. Easy on and off and no leaks. Great that it has a filter screen and cap when not in use. Shipping was timely and communication good.

For the price, this nozzle was absolutely fine. I have no complaints. It does the job.

When I was searching for a nozzle for our jerry can, I found this one. The picture showed a much larger spout. I was very disappointed when this one arrived, (after being delayed for 2 days). It takes forever to fill the mower tank because the hole in the spout is very small.

Product and shipping was good. I bought it for my Spectra Plastic Jerry gas cans. As others have said it leaks at the base no matter how much you tighten. In all honesty the Spectra Jerry can has leaked with every nozzel I have ever used in the past 15 years. I am going to trash the cans I purchase a couple of good cans.
