Did a front level with RC base spacers and shock extensions. Worked out fine but didn't like having spacers on my tremor shocks. Got the V2's for the front because of design and function. Was Impressed right away. Felt so good I bought the rears as well. The ride feels like it is firmer and that would make it be rough but when driving it soaks up everything and actually makes the suspension have a planted dead feel like well tuned motocross suspension. I took a chance on these and had mild expectations based on the price but now I'm a firm believer. Hopefully they last a long time. I would buy again and strongly recommend these to everyone. Very Happy buyer. Thanks R/C
Way better than stock in Ram 3500 dually , once these live their life I will replace with the same .
I picked up some front shocks rear shocks, and a steering wheel stabilizer from rough country was a little skeptical at first, but after I installed, everything I was More than satisfied with their product
I have a 2022 Sierra 3500HD X31 SRW regular cab and these really calmed the suspension down. The factory Ranchos were junk on day 1, I have 26k miles on the truck and finally couldn't take it anymore. Fantastic upgrade.
I was going to go with fox or bilstein but figured I'd give them a shot. got front and rears and they ride awesome on my gladiator rubicon diesel. can't beat them for the price. just wish they would come out with a through shaft steering stabilizer.
I upgraded my shocks I think I had the lowest priced shock on my truck that rough country has to offer and upgraded to these v2 front and back. They looks really nice and they are night and day. Reduced body roll and it's really stiff. Not sure if I have to break them in or anything like that but they do seem very solid absorbers.
Amazing ride and I can't wait to get them off road!
So far so good the shocks feel better than the 3's from rough country
Not a 5 star because the string holding them compressed could not be fully removed (between the top washers) once string was cut to expand into place.
The shocks that come standard with the 6” long arm kit are not very good for a on road driving, I'm sure they would work pretty good for slow crawling. These shocks are night a day different in the best way possible. I now have so much control, especially in the front end. Before the suspension felt sloppy and sloshy, and now it feels tight and controlled.
