The product is good but whoever's packaging messed up I had two extra bolts for the top of the shock bracket but had no lock washers or nuts for the 13 mm

Easy to put on once you figure out the parts . The directions given have terrible pictures and the brackets aren't labeled. But other than that once you look at the directions on the website with better pictures its very easy.

Customer service is a top notch! I was sent a wrong parts but after calling customer service they sent the correct parts the next day.

This product made my hubby happy so its an A+, 5 stars from me

Love this lift, leveled it out, awesome stance now and done in about 4 hours. No trimming, the instructions were pretty good, mine is a 24 so there a few differences in pics. Great product and great quality!

Simple kit, instructions could be improved with better pictures or diagrams.

Easy to install make sure you use correct bolts i had to change out 2 bolts on back to install front ????

(2014 Crosstrek XV) In retrospect, this was a fairly easy install. Looking at all the parts after first opening the box was a little daunting, but the install turned out to be straight forward. The worst part about the whole install was removing the sway bar end links. Surprisingly, the front camber bolts and rear arm bolts were all much easier to remove. So, PB Blaster the heck out of the sway bar end links at least 48 hours prior to assembly. Do not rely solely on the instructions that RC provides in the kit, use it as an backup to the Explorist.Life install video on YT. Once I had the lift installed I was able to get 16" Sparco rims mated to General Grabber ATx tires. I added almost 3" to my car height. My XV now has just as much, if not more, clearance than most stock trucks. Looks great, too!

REMOVE BOTH REAR SHOCK LOWER BOLTS BEFORE DOING EITHER SIDE. I'm sure most of you did that anyway, but the instructions dont specifically say to do so. So don't be like me and fight the sway bar trying to put in the first side. But yea, that's the only complaint. Put that in and maybe make the pictures have a bit more contrast to make seeing orientation easier. Gave me about 1. 5" a the back of the front wheel well and just over 2" at the front of the rear well.
