Rough Country 4" Lift Kit for 77-87 Chevy/GMC C20/K20

Just finished installing the kit in my 1970 GMC K2500 Everything fit perfectly. I measured from frame to floor in my level garage before removing the original springs. And again after the kit was Done. Exactly 4” of lift at the front and 2” lift at rear. Placed a level on the frame afterwards and she sits perfectly level.

Great suspension lift kit. Great fitment and even smoother ride than factory! Fit great with my 18” rims and even fit 275s in the wheel well with very minor rubbing. Note that wheel spacers won't fit with 275s and 18s, but work with smaller rim sizes.

The lift kit came fast and no damage. I have installed one front spring, followed instructions no issues. I'm very happy with everything. Would highly recommend.

Everything fits good and is good quality only complaint is that the delivery driver put the product in the grass and not on the pavement totally not rough countrys fault though.

4 inch lift is great! Everything went together very well, some small suggestions for others, you may need other things every truck is a little different. I did not end up needing the sway bar drop brackets but did end up needing longer brake hoses, also I suggest tractor supply Co for new grade 8 hardware. And don't be afraid to get on that steering arm with a sledge hammer!

Great quality product. This is the 4th suspension kit I have purchased from RC over the years for 4x4 projects. Never had any issues.

Built very well, Great price point,everything fit as expected, instructions could use a little more detail. I haven't tested the truck to much yet but it seems solid so far. .

Good quality kit. Simple to install, but no instructions available. Rough Country sent 2. 5” lift rear 52” springs in this 4” lift kit. I questioned this with customer service and they confirmed this was correct. I installed and noticed a significant sag in the rear vs the front. I again called customer service and they provided 3” blocks and u-bolts in addition to the 2. 5” springs (total of 5. 5” in rear now). This was the right solution as the suburban sits perfectly level now. This 1972 K10 Suburban now sits on 37”x12. 50” with 20x10” Ultra wheel with -25 offset. Now rubbing, no cutting, no frame hitting. Very pleased.

Very happy with the product and the shipping was very quick. Wrong sized U-bolts shipped. The U-bolts shipped were for the 6” lift not the 4” had to buy the correct size locally to finish the install. Other than that I'm very happy with the new lift.
