Rough Country 4.5" Lift Kit for 15-16 Ford F-250 Super Duty | Diesel - 567.20

Installed on a 1986 F250. Had to notch out the front shackle area for the leaf springs to fit. Definitely had to get an alignment with the Dana 50. Everything went smooth, besides the struggle of installing it. A good time to install new shackle bushings and pivot bushings.

Very happy with the quality and ease of installation. I did purchase the 4" 2004 F250 lift but installed it on a 2005 Excursion which gave me at least 6" of lift. The leaf springs and track bar bracket bolted right on. I did have to order an adjustable trackbar because my stock one was about 3/4" of an inch short. Also, the rear shocks on an Excursion use the bar pin mount so if you use the shocks from this kit, you can either cut out the stock bar pins like I did (which was a pain in the @ss) or order a bar pin eliminator kit. The front shocks fit perfectly. The rear of Excursion sat about 1. 5" lower than the front so I also had to order some 2" rear blocks for the rear which leveled it out. Although I did have to purchase some extra parts to make it work, I like the heavier springs and was able to fit some 35x13. 50/r20 tires. The Excursion rides 10x better than it did with the stock suspension. I haven't tried towing anything yet so I cannot provide any information on how it holds up to an 8k lb trailer but I am sure it will be fine. Very good kit for the price! I wish I could submit a picture of before and after to give people a better description as to how it looks now.

Besides labor of removing /replacing the old original suspension, this kit was complete, and included some much needed new bolts that were cut off. The price was very fair considering the cost of the other kits available for truck. I will be replacing the sway bar links and probably the front brake lines. This was not my first lift kit I've bought from RC.

Everyone listen up!!!! This works for ANY F-250 INCLUDING TREMOR. This is an absolute great kit. It rides a little stiffer than other products out there but one of the best kits for the price.

Easy kit to install. Make sure you have stock leaf spring shackles in the back of the front leaf springs. Definitely get the carrier bearing drop for the rear drive shaft to avoid driveline vibration

The lift is nice. Only issue is the quality of the powder. It flakes off like paint. I now need to get everything powdered again so it's doesn't rust. Almost every edge was chipped in the box from shipping

I've had this lift on my truck for about 2 months now, the truck steers and rides as it should, no problems with that. The installation was good didn't take long at all maybe haft a day. The only things I can complain about is that the springs themselves were shipped to my door not wrapped in anything, and were very scratched and chipped up when they finally got here, also the factory leaf springs have a nipple on the bottom that falls into a hole on the mounting surface of the axle, on the lifted springs that nipple was about 1/4 inch too long and was hitting the axle causing the leafs to not sit flat on the mounting surface, it's no big deal, all you have to do is grind them down and they work just fine but I wish I had known that before I installed the whole thing just to take the front end back out again.
