I made an order for 5 wheels for my 2017 Wrangler. I wen last Friday to put them on and one of the five wheels was wrong. Made a phone call to Rough Country and they said no problem we will ship a new one. Don't worry about the wrong one. By Monday the replacement wheel arrived. Great products and even better customer service.
Bought these steel wheels for my ‘12 GMC 4x4 . What a great look for my old truck ! I chose the “0” degree offset which put my tires just slightly outside my fenders . Great look ! Also ordered the caps and lug nuts for a perfect look . Very happy with my purchase and the parts arrived earlier than quoted . RC should be your “ go to “ for truck /ATV/UTV accessories. Great prices , great CS , great inventory . I'm sold on these folks . You should be too .
These wheels are a great combination of affordable and durable, and have a great classic look to boot! Despite their durability, one of the four somehow arrived damaged. Rough Country had a replacement ordered the next business day. Great customer service is harder to find than steel wheels for a 20-year-old pickup truck - thanks, Rough Country!
The wheels fit over the front calipers on 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche Z71 4x4, bore was exactly 4. 5". The factory wheel offset is -22 the RC wheels are -11. I mounted 16x75R BFG All Terrain tires, which only are slightly outside all fender wells. I used factory lug nuts to fasten and factory center caps/covers, they fit perfectly.
These fit and worked perfectly on a 2002 Ford Ranger 4wd with stock sized 16" tires. The 16 inch rims I purchased do not have the hub extension on the center hub. It is simply a basic wheel with a durable finish. The stock Ranger hub center caps also fit perfectly. Each rim weighed 32lbs compared to the stock 5 spoke "teardrop" wheels which were half that weight. But that's the price of steel vs aluminum. Overall I am very happy with this upgrade over the heavily corroded stocks.
I got my rims fast, and they looked great! They didn't fit, and when I called for a return, the customer service representative was very understanding and got the return process going for me. If I need anything in the future, I will be checking these guys out!! This company is reputable!!
This review is more about the customer service than the wheels. I mean they are great wheels for the price and what I am going to use them for. Which is my trail rig. When I ordered them I mistakenly ordered 16 inch wheels. Didn't find out till the tire shop called and told me. Reached out to Rough Country and within a work week the 16 inch wheels were shipped back and 15 inch wheels shipped to me. That is great customer service. Thank you Rough Country!
Purchased 4. Three were perfect One had an excessive amount of runout. 2 took 1. 5 oz to balance 1 took 2. 0 oz to balance. The fourth one took 6 oz to balance after turning the tire 180 degrees on the rim, before turning the tire on the rim it wouldn't balance. I put atlas 35x12. 50r15 tires. truck looks awesome, has a 4 inch Rough Country lift kit. would have given it 5 stars if not for the tweaked rim.
I would have bought 16x10, but I didn't see them on the website. The 16x10 were a little to narrow for the 285/75- 16 rims but were acceptable. Quality of the rims were of excellent quality for the price that I paid. I have had several compliments on the rim choice on my white Jeep YJ. I purchased steel wheels due to the fact that my base model Jeep came with steel wheels and the lug studs were too short for the thicker aluminum/alloy wheels.
I just installed these myself, the rims clear the front suspension perfectly. I have a 2" front & rear lift/level. No spacers needed, and my tires are 33"x11. 5" R17. The wheels balanced out fine, and in the highway do not vibrate. One gripe I have, is the amount of paint on the lug nut holes, specifically where the nut rides on the seat of the hole, it was difficult to get them to torque correctly. After cleaning some extra paint off, all was well. All in all very happy with the outcome.
