When I received and opened the box I was intimidated about the parts and install. Hardest part was getting started. Instructions were easy to follow and assembly was way less involved than expected. First time go on the install as no further adjustments were needed. Plus, very happy with the timely shipping, I received it next day.

Easy installation and great product. It's functionality is great have access to most of my bed do to the set up of the bed cover. Material is on point very sturdy and water proof as far as I can tell I live in Florida so we get rain and so far no water leaking in the inside love the low profile look.

I purchased the retractable bed cover for my 2025 Silverado HD with 6. 5 ft bed. It is a beautiful cover and immediately enhanced the look of my truck. I had a foldable backflip on my previous truck and the rubber hinge separated after 4 years. I like that this cover when fully opened does not obstruct my view out the rear window and the canister that sits up against the cab still has about 1 ft of space underneath it so plywood and 2x4s can be pushed all the way in. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the price was excellent.

I have only had my roll top cover a couple of months and I am enjoying the peace of mind that what ever is in my bed is covered and secure. Easy one person instal and easy adjustment to fine tune , only took an hour. Only time will tell how well this thing will hold up.

I was replacing my old Roll-able and Lock-able bed cover on my 2019 F250 and I couldn't justify the new prices of that brand. After an extensive amount of research I decided on the Rough Country retractable cover. The funny thing is I was really concerned about its price. I kept thinking "at this price what is wrong with it". Absolutely nothing!! I ordered it and it shipped immediately (I am not a fan of product reviews that reference shipping, but it's worth noting) and arrived within 3 days. Installation was pretty simple as well. I removed my old cover and started installing the new one the afternoon that it came. The instruction and on-line videos were a great help when needed. The only complaint is that the recent hardware (June 2025) did not quite install as intended. It would have worked as planned if I didn't have a plastic bed liner, but I do, so I had to alter the way the rail clamps fit together. All in all from cleaning out six tool bags, removing the old cover, watching the installation video, installing the cover, modifying the clamp arrangement, and reloading the bed of my truck it took under 3hrs. Also it is worth noting that the information on the cover where it meets the tailgate is not quite clear on the website or in the videos. The top edge of the cover has a flexible seal that rides on top of the tailgate that keeps the weather out of that opening. This is definitely worth the price and a great cover!

I can't complain much this is an excellent cover and looks amazing and is easy to use. However, I bought it for my 24 gmc 2500HD AT4 and had a couple of very minor issues during installation. For the most part very straightforward, but the front clamps need to be disassembled entirely to be able to fit them in not as the instructions stated. And the drain tubes don't fit in the drain holes which is and easy fix. Other that that easy install no drilling required.

Ordered the bed cover and just know up front it will be in two shipments. The cover itself and then the rails. All were delivered quickly. Recommend watching the install video for a quick walk through prior to shipment, so you know what your expecting. Afterall, who actually reads the instructions. Also recommend having the customer service number ready if you have any issues. They are great! Had to call twice as I couldn't get the bed cover to roll out of the case. They were ready to send out a new one if we couldn't get it to work. Turns out a grinder was needed on one of the edges of the cover flange that meets the side rail. Easy fix to take off literally 1/16" . Let me say, these covers and rails are an exact fit! Very little room for tolerance, so you will need to ensure the rails are level and pushed all the way up to the cover assembly. Once done, its a smooth process, but might take a bit longer to adjust and re-adjust before it is done. However, in the end, its looks great and does what I needed. I ordered this to modify to go up against my transfer tank. It was very simple to modify and install. I had to cut 9" off in length for it to fit. Total install time with the modification was 2hrs.

The cover wasn't too difficult to put on by myself. The kit came with replacement bed plugs for the drain tubes. Adjusting the cover took a little time but the instructions and installation video on the website helped a lot. So far I am happy with the cover. Just a little water intrusion at the tailgate, trying to figure that out.

First the cover works ok but it came woth instructions for a Toyota Tundra not a Ford F250. The parts are different so is took a while to figure out how to install it. Once I figured it out the install was simple. It slides up and down nicely and looks really good. The profile is perfect. It however is the least water proof bedcover I have ever owned. Driving down the road in rain seems ok at best but sitting in the driveway during rain is not good. Lots of water enters. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and as long as you don't load stuff that can't get wet it is a good value. Spend the extra money if you are trying to haul things and keep them dry.
