Worked great
Shipping was supper fast. Install was easy and they fit perfectly.
Outstanding value for the money. solves a lot of potential problems
Just put these lines on my XJ. They are around twice the length of the stock lines, front and rear. Just watched the BleepinJeep install video and it was very straightforward. Make sure to coil the lines so they don't get caught by your tires or offroad debris. Can't comment on the longevity since I haven't put many miles on the Jeep since install.
Great hardware and excellent customer service via my phone call just to double check what I was ordering was right and what I needed to get the job done! I am a garage floor Mechanic, and with the help from these guys- you can do anything! Always my first call. Ps my 6.5 lift kit for my XJ is old and has been abused! And still performs as it did new! Do not hesitate- Thanks -Adam
I've got a TJ and there is a video on YouTube on the installation of these from Bleepin Jeepin. He tells you to shave off a little bit of the block on the bottom end of the line, so you can mount it horizontal. There is a slight protrusion on the back of the caliper that he wanted to miss. He did this so that the line didn't block the bleeder valve. I mounted mine vertical and had no issues getting to the bleeder valve.
I've bought several rough country lifts over the last couple decades. 20 plus years ago I was in moab utah and had a spring break and went to tge arena in town during the jeep jamboree and happened to see rough country's booth. Told the guy what happened and he took a spring off his display and said here is a replacement. Man that was great. Never forgit about that. Bought these lifts for all my jeeps and blazers. Always will have them in the future.
I have been restoring my grandpa's xj that he left me. And been upgrading as I go and I have bought almost everything from rough country. I love their product and how they stand behind what they sell. They brake lines are amazing and really help with the over all look and strangth of the truck when I'm off road.
They just came In today and opened the box to these beautiful looking brake line , great looking product and can't wait to see what they look like on the mj and try them out , super pumped on these brake line and will be getting another set for the other jeep xj
I found this to be exactly what I needed but the only flaw I seen was the rear break hose was completely flat the stock hose has a curve to contour the axle tube. It still works just fine. Most likely would never cause an issue but adding a curve to the mounting surface would make it more oem/structurally strong. Other than that good hoses don't have a complaint.
