Rough Country Stock Replacement N3 Struts for 2012-2018 Ram 1500 - 501097

Installation was easy, raised front a bit over 3” to level with rear. Very pleased with level look and ride. Truck is a bit firmer which was needed and took out body roll from softer factory struts. Very pleased with the product and end result. Also installed Rough Country 3” upper control arms. Rough Country phone support was great as well. A tech answered anytime I called and was great answering both pre and post purchase questions.

I love these truths, Ive been meaning to change my stock ones out and just didn't have the time or the money, and didn't want to put parts store stuff on my truck. These are awesome, ride well, and didn't break the bank! Thank you Rough Country, I will be buying more from you guys!

I bought the lifted strut kit my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. I researched the OEM parts and the GMC Acadia shares the same front struts, so even though these struts were for the GMC Acadia, they were identical to the struts in my Traverse. It looks much better now that the front and rear wheel gaps are the same and I haven't noticed any difference in ride quality.

I worked with Rough Country trying to get the correct set of shocks and struts for my 2015 Ram 1500 with a 4" Ready Lift. I ordered the set the recommended. They did not fit. Come to find out the 4" Readylift set kit only raises 3 to 3. 5" so the 4" Lift struts would not fit at all. I contacted Rough Country tech, he said, oh, you need the 3" Lift set. They immediately sent the correct set, of course I had to pay for them too, but he emailed me a RA and shipping tag to return the wrong shocks, and returned the money to my debit card. Excellent service is what I have to say. And my new shocks fit and perform perfectly.

Went with the stock loaded n3 front struts on my 2014 ram. Got the n3 for the rear, it has only been a few days. They ride great and the front is up even with the stock n3.

I ordered these to compliment the 3" rear leaf blocks that I had previously installed. After installation, the fender gap on the front was identical to the rear. My Denali now sits a little higher all around and is nice and level!

I got tired of the dangerous spring compression when new struts were needed. These gave me the lift I wanted for tire clearance and eliminated the spring compressor to install.

After talking with a tech thru rough country he talked me into purchasing the 6" left struts for a f150 saying they will ride smoother. He was right my customer loves them. A+ rough country. .

Recently passenger side front shock broke. So I got on the Internet. And looked up Rough country 3-in lifts I didn't want to go with another spacer kit. Came across a kit that will work for my truck but wasn't sure so I called them up. They were very helpful and said this will work. It is a coil spring lift got in installed and I was amazed of the quality of the ride. It was like factory so far very happy with product. I also bought a pair of rear shocks. Price was good. Shipping was fast. Thanks rough country

Not happy with real truck for not letting me return the product. I ordered wrong product had it installed and then found out it was wrong. Did not drive the truck for over two weeks waiting on a response back from real truck on a return. Had call real truck back again after two weeks to get a response and they told me since it had been installed could not return. Truck had not been drove but 2 miles from installing it to my house. Spent almost $2000 dollars with real truck on the order I made. Will not recommend or ever buy again from real truck. Overall don't like my truck steps I purchased either. But they were installed also so did not even waste my time trying to return. Not a fan of Real Truck!!!!
