This kit did the trick, but wouldn't it make sense to include this with the 3” lift kit, since pretty much everyone will experience vibration due to the lift?

Easy to install. Getting the studs out is the hardest part - use a torch to heat them and then they will back out. When you drop the second side, the crossmember may torque, and others have complained about this, but a steel rod will help you pull it back in place. After installing this, the vibration that started when I installed my 3" lift kit went away.

This took about 10 minutes of the 2 hours to install. I put a 2.5" lift on a yj, and was getting a weird vibration, so I put this on....simple and quick. I still have a new vibration, and my transmission shifting linkage has a very slight binding in Park with this, but I don't think this is causing the vibration with the old bucket. This does what it should, it's an easy install, and hopefully keeps the angles correct.

After lifting the YJ with the Rough Country 2 1/2" lift we had a vibration in the drivetrain, we installed the recommended drop kit (large holes up towards the frame). install of the kit was easy, but we had to modify the floor and shift the shifter boot back because it would not go into 2nd 4th or reverse. the boot is tight and sometimes it pops out of gear but the vibration is gone.

After installing the 3.25 RC lift I had an awful vibration going from 1st to 2nd gear. I also had a slight vibration at higher speeds. After installing this drop kit it eliminated all my vibration completely. Great product I would definitely recommend this transfer case drop kit after installing a lift kit.

I put a 2 1/2 inch lift on my 95 YJ and didn't know about the drive shaft issues. I bought this and it worked great the only problem is the bolts that came with it were 1/2 inch course thread and mine were 7/16 inch. I went to the local Rural King and bought 6 grade 8 bolts and washer at $3.50ish. That's the only reason it's not a 5 star.

Product arrived on time. Talking with a rep about a 3in. lift, they said it would not be necessary on my 92 Cherokee but I ended up needing to use it due to drive line vibrations. Outside of that the shipping was fast and customer service is great as always.
