In need of a replacement shock for my Ram 1500 after the og rear shock got destroyed from debris on I-95 I ordered a set of V-2's and they got lost in delivery. I called RC and without hesitation they immediately sent another pair so I could get my truck fixed fast! Thanks again guys!
Was recommended by my mechanic these and I am incredibly satisfied. My factory shocks went out at 50k miles. I wanted something for daily road driving and the difference is incredible. Highly recommended.
For anyone whose Jeep spends more time on the road than off the road but still wants a capable off-road shock, this is the one! After purchasing my Jeep JT I went about making modifications - I mean who buys a Jeep and doesn't at least do something, right? One of my upgrades was to lift and install hydrostatic shocks, which were great for off-road use but as I found out, absolutely horrible for roads - every bump could be felt through your whole body. After two years of bone jarring rides it was time to change. A lot of research later and I settled on the V2 - I couldn't be happier. The ride is smoother, corners handled better, and challenging terrain is still expertly handled. I like these so much they will be going on my daughter's Jeep JK.
Typical gm to use Rancho shocks, ride was horrible and it wasn't enjoyable to drive my 3500 HD. . went with a maxxsuspension 2. 5 leveling keys and v2 shocks and it's amazing the difference in ride, handling , all around comfort for a Hd truck like my gmc. I would recommend these shocks to anyone who wants a much better comfort ride.
upgraded from my factory ones. Absolutely an upgrade very noticeable and the truck doesn't bounce around anymore
I just replaced the N3 for the V2, and man what a difference. Especially going over bumps. The N3 is jarring but the V2 eats the rough road better. Now need to replace the N3 fronts.
I purchased these shocks to replace my original shocks. Definitely an upgrade well worth doing. I noticed great improvement on the way my pickup rides compared to the old ones. Would highly recommend on a 6 inch lift.
Well worth the money. Easy installation. They made a big difference in how my jeep rides and drives.
Oh man what a difference in ride, I have a roof top tent and the support over bumps on the street or even off-roading it rides so smooth!
Socks were so stout, I had to compress and bind with a string at the crowns on the ends and slowly allow them to extend into place. Aside from that, they were a great replacement. One of my rear shocks was completely dead and the other in its way out.
