Rough Country V2 Steering Stabilizer for 73-87 Chevy/GMC C/K10

I received this V2 steering stabilizer with a missing bolt kit. I emailed customer service and Rough Country sent the missing parts right away, I appreciate that. I mounted this steering stabilizer on a 2026 GMC Sierra 3500HD dually. One issue I had was that the bolt for the lower control arm is reversed. This bolt is used to mount the bracket. Since the bolt is facing the “wrong” way, you can't add the washers that the instruction say to install (because you can't remove the bolt and the head of the bolt is facing the bracket) I got creative and because I have own a stabilizer from a competitor, I copied an idea of theirs and made things work. Also for my 2026 model, the socket sizes are all different than what the instructions say. Having said all that, I absolutely love the V2 stabilizer and the way it looks. It works perfectly. Every model year 2020+ Chevy or GMC needs this.

Thank you. It seems to do a lot of good on my twenty twenty 2020. chevy 2500 I have wide wheels, and I'm noticed quite a bit of bump difference with this part. And it seems to be smoother.

Was a great fit and I can tell a difference in the handling after a road test. Put it on a 2026 GMC 2500 AT. It made a difference on the bump stear issues when hitting a lot of pot holes and bumps on the highway.

I had a horrible death wobble. Had mechanic fix every joint, found nothing. Replaced single stabilizer with this and have not had a issue and a lot smoother ride! Love it!

The kit looks great and works well. My jeep rides better than it did before the lift. The dual stabilizer with the V2 shocks ensures there is no bump steer.

Glad this came with instructions on how to install as previous owner of my '86 K5 Blazer installed a set incorrectly. Prior to installation I Powered Coated all the mounting Brackets.

I blew out one of my N3 as my fault in the original install. Figured it out but damage was already done. Putting the V2 back and I really like the look and even constructed better than the N3. Truck drives great. Only thing I can say is the sticker to put on the shocks after install were both cut in 3 pieces. That part irritates me since I was missing the center bracket on the first order and never received that. But compared to my friend's trucks this stabilizer system is way better than anything I've seen. Just need to work on there quickly controlling department

Parts arrived fast shipping was good. Don't expect the color of it to look exactly the same. The one I received was all gray install was easy and I could tell a difference in the steering as far as response.

Instructions had wrong wrench size listed and bolts would not fit through sleeves. Dimensions and overall instructions were good and item works well after adjusted installation.

Took a lot of play out of my steering. However, I have a 2. 5” Carli level kit on my 2014 ram 4x4 dually. There is not much clearance between the center mounting plate and the track bar (Carli too). Less than 1/4 inch. With just alittle bouncing on the truck, I can get the track bar to hit the mounting plate. Can hear it hit going down the road. Looks like ill have to grind out a small section of the mounting plate to keep it from hitting.
