Roughneck Steel Core Peavey, 60in.L

Got this for a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived super fast. He is delighted with the tool. He is 6'5 and likes the extra length of this peavey. The quality is exceptional and it will most definitely make his job moving logs easier.

rolled 16 ft. x 20 in. logs with ease. Grab hook never slipped, even on 20 in. logs! The long handle came in handy. The spike on the end allows anchoring in the ground to do final positioning.

I bought this item three months ago for clearing downed big trees around my property. This peavey make big logs easy to handle. The long handle (60in.) was instrumental in rolling those massive logs. Thanks Northern Tools

Item was what I expected from description. Well built. Right length. This was the only one I could find that was long enough. I have nothing negative to say about the purchase.

This item is extremely sturdy. Appears to be made with excellent material. I was able to roll a 1000 lb log with ease by myself. Very fast shipping from Northern tool!

Well made. just the right length. There are others out there that have a higher price but you don’t need to spend the extra money

Product worked wonderfully but was missing parts on arrival. It is solidly built and handled the load of moving several large logs. If it wasn't for missing parts would have given it 5 stars.

Purchased at request of family member. Handle is beefy and has good grasping surface. Length gives more leverage in rolling or moving bigger logs or ones that are jammed together. Nothing like the one I had growing up in the 60's.

Seemingly nice but within a short time bent it without pulling that hard. A peavey should be able to take some real leverage. Weak sauce.

the metal shaft came off the fiberglass handle it looks like maybe there was a very small screw holding it together if there is a steel rod in the handle the screw would only be maybe 1/2 inch long and maybe a #6 I only used it 4 or 5 times so now i have 20 lb yellow stick and small boat anchor
