Better than Butter
The only thing wrong is getting the can open since it is so small. This, however is a minor inconvenience. A perfect size for two people that is for sure. I think some may dislike the oils accompanying the product but that is the best part. Get a good baguette, a bottle of Sauterne or sweet white wine and a green salad to go along with it and you are set! Oh, you could have champagne I suppose.

Awful animal welfare
How disgusting! Due to the gavage (force-feeding) process, foie gras is at the center of a major global debate regarding animal welfare. Animal rights organizations argue that the force-feeding is cruel and causes unnatural stress, suffering, and physical harm to the birds. Because of these concerns, the production of foie gras is illegal in many regions, including several countries within the European Union, the UK, and certain states in the US.
