I have had one of these for about 53 years. It is stained with paint, the bottom rubber bumper is missing, and it has a few dings in it. It is still in use and I trust it to hold me in place when I step on it. I just bought a new one for myself and one for my Granddaughter. Just buy one. It won't disappoint you.

Product was exactly what I was looking for. My wife has difficulty in reaching the top shelves of our kitchen cabinets and closets. Instead of dragging out a step ladder or other stools to reach these higher shelves, this rolling step stool rolls easily over tiles and rugs making it easier to accomplish her tasks. It also acts as a handy stool to take pressure off the knees when working on lower cabinet shelves and other lower areas. The steel structure of this stool creates a high quality product that is safer and more secure than plastic stools.

Comfortable height to sit on. Very stable to use as a stool. Quality steel construction and simply toolless assemble with a 350 lb capacity makes the price seem reasonable.

I've used these Cramer Kik-Step stools FOR over 3 decades. I now proudly own 5 to use from my kitchen to my storage to my workshop. Even bought one for my sister when they moved into their new home... again years ago. These are exceptionally sturdy, quick reactive to move with your foot. I don't have to worry if I kick it too hard and it bumps into stuff because of the added protection. Don't go plastic... The wide tapered space between the bottom and top is a lot comfortable and less dangerous ...especially when descending. Maybe a little pricey.... but, worth it for the endurance and abuse I give mine. My oldest one has a missing band around the bottom and the top cover is hiding somewhere and the wheels are a bit rusty but years of going from kitchen to shop I still use it A LOT. Bought bright colors this last time so it is easier to spot in my ware house storage and shop.... LOVE THEM.
