The mover left a wood pallet with furniture wrapped in front of my house even though I paid for assembly. I asked him if he could at least help me bring the furniture on my porch for me to make it easier since I live alone and don't know a lot of people where I'm living. He said “ No I'm already in my truck and I'm the only one working today” pulled off in my face as I'm crying and begging him to help me. I will never order from here again. Never. Also was not given my $150 assembly fee refund yet! I wanted to return the whole thing but I needed a couch. Very very frustrating
