Roundup Weed & Grass Killer III, Ready-to-Use 1 gal with Trigger Sprayer

My yard is almost 2 acres with huge pecan trees. I use the roundup around the trees due to the roots being so large. I have messed up my mower running over them trying to mow grass. Works within a couple of hours and did not have problems with sprayer as I have with other weed killers. This is the best.

Don't believe all the lawyers %26 losers who claim this causes cancer. I worked landscaping for years and this stuff is the BEST. Take note that you MUST apply it properly: lightly and NEVER in a wind. It is particularly valuable for those with poison ivy allergies. It won't kill that persistent and obnoxious weed the first time (nothing does) but eventually it will decimate it completely.

This is my go to product to kill weeds. Roundup kills even the most stubborn grassy weeds and broadleaf weeds that appear every spring in the cracks in the driveway. I have to reapply Roundup in late summer although I think these weeds are weeds that come up later in the summer. I also use Roundup in the flowerbeds, although you have to apply VERY carefully around shrubs and flowers to the weeds' leaves ONLY.

Finally, a grass and weed killer that works! While the claims of seeing the plants die in 15 minutes were exaggerated, they all turned yellow and remained dead by the following day. The sprayer nozzle could be better for fast spraying, but overall its fine.

I know this is not supposed to be safe. I use homemade weed killer where my dogs walk. But I spray Roundup on days with no wind. In my development, I am responsible for sidewalk and rolling curb all the way to the blacktop. I am very happy with the results. My only issue with this is that I had to change the batteries in the hand piece immediately.

I love the chemical for it's weed killing power, so I had hoped that this mechanical "Trigger Sprayer" might be more reliable than their battery powered wand sprayer. I ended up buying a one gallon garden "pump" sprayer and transferring the chemical.

Easy directions and setup, extended wand for no contact use, multiple spray settings, effective on the first try even to first time user. Only complaint is after using for 20 minutes in constant spray mode the new batteries went dead and the replacement new batteries I purchased wouldnt work. I purchase a $4 pressurized bottle and poured the liquid into it. First time users or users having problems please look at all directions.

The sprayer leaked every time I pumped it causing it to leak on Plants I did not want it to luckily I was able to rinse it off in time to save some of the plants it dripped on. I used it properly and connected the hose properly. Unfortunately even letting it rest on the leaves for the time it says to, it did not kill the weeds. Some of them yes, but the majority no. Perhaps I just need a stronger product?

After using a copious amount of this product on my 'stone' driveway to eliminate weeds, it was only minimally effective. I then made a high concentration vinegar, salt and dish liquid recipe that was much more effective. You might have to use this non-toxic treatment a few times in order to kill the roots, but this works and more importantly is non-carcinogenic!

I wish I could review the how the Roundup itself works on the Bermuda grass that has invaded my flower beds but I can't because the sprayer doesn't work! I read the seriously lacking setup instructions and followed them, I tried to spray the product but all the spray nozzle would do is dribble or shoot out in an uneven pattern. I wanted to use this in my front flower bed and I need the spray to be in a focused area so as not to hit my shrubs. I cant use this in my flower bed because I'm afraid the uneven spray/dribble will get on my shrubs and kill them. I'm so disappointed in this product! Complete piece of garbage! Don't buy, don't waste your money!
