I had been eyeing this steam pro iron for months. On thanksgiving I convinced my husband to get it for me as an early Christmas gift. I had been paying someone to iron clothes for me. Since I got this steam pro item I am doing it myself because it's so easy!!!! I am in love with it.

I am so happy with the Perfect Steam Pro Steam Station. It does a superb job and I can get a lot don without constantly refilling the tank. I had hoped there would be no dripping and there is not... That is so wonderful. I found it doesn't quite take the 8 minutes the book says it will to heat up. It is actually 4-5 min. It is worth the cost.

I have had one before - approximately 10 yrs ago and had nothing but problems, leaking. You had replaced it once and still the same problem. This one I saw at a Retreat and they said they had no problems...so I am trying again. So far and really really like it!

Thank you for being delicate with my merchandise this is my second one the last one lasted 7 years and the only reason why it didn't last longer don't put vinegar or rubbing alcohol in the water chamber it will ruin it! Don't ask me how I know. Only use distilled water

I leave my iron and ironing board up 24/7 in my sewing room. I had my previous Rowena about 12+ years. This new one heats up quickly when I need to do a little pressing on clothes or on a seam of a new garment. I do like the cork handle and hope it stands up to my expectations of comfort for years to come. I love coming into my sewing room and seeing how this new one shines and sparkles.

This has reduced the time I spend ironing by about 50%, maybe a little more. Everything is smoothed and creased by a single pass. I never would have imagined there was a tool that could shave this much time off of any part of my weekly routine, which I'd thought I had pretty well optimized. My wife finds the necessity of holding a very light touch button down somewhere irritating over our previous (normal plug in self contained rowenta) iron, but we appreciate that the amount of steam and pressure generated needs to be controlled or else one would have to iron outside. If you're at all curious if the steam generator model is right for you- give it a try. I cannot think of any other tool that I work with on a regular basis that has or can have such a huge possible upgrade. It's like going from a car to a plane.

Great concept. But a few things make it difficult to use. The dials are the same color as the plastic and it makes it hard to read the settings. The steam hose could benefit from an extra 3-4 inches of length. With the says, we would consider buying another. The upside/downside is my last Rowenta iron lasted over 15 years. Which is why we bought another only this time with more steam capacity.

The iron takes much too long to get to temperature. I often wait 10 minutes for it to be ready. I like to iron every morning and this unit means I waste too much time just waiting for it to get hot.

If only it didn't have auto shut off!!! When quilting and crafting, I'm constantly up and down to press fabrics after sewing. Only to have to wait for the iron to reheat. This is my 4th Rowenta steam station in 25 years. but the only one with auto shut off. Do I love it when it's on? Absolutely!! Hate the auto shut off? Yep!! Let me have the option of using auto shut off!!
